Where do I start?

What costs can I expect?
You'll pay a monthly service fee to lease your terminal — the amount depends on your device and contract length. There’s also a $15.00 + GST monthly fee to connect to the Verifone Network. Some banks may charge a one-off setup fee for your merchant facility, and credit card processing fees may apply.
Can I connect the V210 to the Verifone Network?
The Verifone Engage V210 can only be connected to the Wordline network.
What payment methods can I accept?
By default, your terminal accepts locally and internationally issued EFTPOS and debit cards. To accept credit and contactless cards like Visa, Mastercard, and UnionPay, your bank can set up a merchant facility. You can also add other payment types through third-party providers.
How long does it take to get set up?
Most businesses are up and running within a few weeks. Our team will guide you through every step.
