Where is my agreement?

 When you placed your order, you received a Letter of Offer and Acceptance outlining your products and pricing. This, together with the Standard Purchase Agreement above, forms your legally binding terms.

What warranty comes with my terminal?

Your terminal is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date it is shipped to you. This covers faulty workmanship and defective materials. If a fault is confirmed within the warranty period, we'll repair or replace the terminal at our expense. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or third-party modifications.

What is the monthly software maintenance fee?

A monthly software maintenance fee applies to all terminals purchased from Eftpos NZ. This covers compliance and software updates delivered remotely or on-site. The fee amount is detailed in your Letter of Offer and continues until you notify us in writing that the terminal is no longer in use.

How do I cancel my software maintenance fee?

Notify us in writing that the terminal is no longer in use. The fee will stop the following month. If a terminal is cancelled but found to still be in service, fees will continue to apply for that period.

How do I get support?

Technical support is available 24/7 — call 0800 EFTPOS (0800 338 767, option 2) or raise a ticket online. For billing, accounts, and general enquiries, Customer Services is available Monday to Friday, 8AM–5PM on option 3. Find out more about who to contact on our Help Centre.
