Visa and Mastercard via the merchant facility provided by your bank. American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported, subject to set up direct with the providers.
How fast do I get paid?
Same-day settlement through your bank.
Do I need hardware?
No — Pay by Link is fully browser-based. You can access Pay By Link via any device with a web browser.
Can I set amount and expiry?
Yes — both are set when you create the link. Recurring links aren’t supported.
What notifications do I get?
Email alerts and transaction details in Verifone Central.
How does Pay by Link help with PCI compliance?
Card data is captured on Verifone’s hosted payment page, reducing your PCI DSS scope.
Are there extra fees?
$13.50 + GST per month + $0.20 per transaction. Card-scheme and chargeback fees are set by your bank. No SMS cost. No fixed-term contract.
