What costs can I expect?

Set-up fees

There are no set-up fees for Verifone Online Payment Solutions. However, your bank may charge a one-off admin fee for set-up of a new merchant number.

License fees

There is a per-month license fee that varies by solution.

Per transaction

Your first 100 Hosted Checkout and/or Pay By Link transactions are free each month. After that, a small transaction fee of just 20c per transaction applies. There is no per transaction fee for Virtual Terminal.

Per transaction credit and debit card processing fees charged by your bank will apply for all solutions.

Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel your Online Payments subscription at any time. Simply reach out to us in writing, providing us with 30 days notice.
What support is available for Online Payments?
Our online guides will help you through the integration process and answer any questions or issues that arise. Our local and global helpdesks are always ready to help you by phone or email 24/7/365.
Do I have to take both Virtual Terminal and Pay By Link in the bundle option?
No, you can customise the bundle to suit you if you only want one of Pay By Link or Virtual Terminal in addition to Hosted Checkout.
