Tell us about your event or business. If you already have a Verifone Merchant ID, we can dispatch your terminal as soon as the next business day* — pre-configured and ready to use. If you need a Merchant ID, we’ll guide you through the bank process.
Simple set up
We connect your terminal to the Verifone Payment Network, add any extras (like PayitHERE or Surcharging), and courier it to you ready to go. Setup instructions and paper rolls are included.
Easy returns
Power on your device and start accepting payments right away. When your event is finished, pop the terminal back in the box and use the pre-paid return label. We’ll invoice your hire and network fee together for easy reconciliation.

Yes. If you already have a Verifone Merchant ID, we can dispatch your terminal faster. If not, we’ll help you request one.
How long does setup take?
Your terminal arrives pre-configured. Power it on and you start taking payments within minutes.
Can I use the terminal anywhere in NZ?
Yes, your hire includes an unlimited SIM card. As long as you have mobile coverage, you can take payments.
Is support available during my event?
Yes. Our NZ helpdesk is available 24/7 throughout your hire period.
What happens if my event runs longer than expected?
Contact us before your return date and we’ll extend your hire. Additional fees apply based on your new timeframe.
How do I return the device when I am finished with it?
Use the included return courier label to send the device back in the box you received it in. Easy!
