What costs are involved?

We don't charge any additional fees to use the String TM Total Mobility app on your EFTPOS device. Contact String TM for more information about applicable fees and charges.

How do I start accepting Total Mobility on my terminal?

Before you can accept Total Mobility cards on your Verifone Android EFTPOS terminal you need to sign up with StringTM by contacting support@stringtm.com. Then contact us to download the app to your Verifone Android EFTPOS terminal.

What support is available?

StringTM offers comprehensive support to operators. Upon signup, operators receive full platform training and ongoing assistance is available through their website.
