What kind of reports can I access?

Daily summaries, detailed transaction lists, dispute reports, settlement data, and more.

How much does reporting cost?

Reporting is included free with every EFTPOS NZ terminal. Verifone Central access is also free for merchants on the Verifone network.

How do I search for a specific transaction?

Use your terminal’s printed list for the last 14 days or log into Verifone Central to search by card, date, operator, or terminal ID.

Can I reprint or resend a receipt?

Yes, you can reprint receipts from your terminal. Some transactions can also be exported or shared through Verifone Central.

What happens to my transaction history if my terminal is swapped out?

Transaction data is stored securely in Verifone Central, so you can still access history even if your terminal is replaced.
